KYIV — The “Last Man on Everything” star Jasper National Park announced Friday that he will be performing in the Kentucky Derby on June 15.
In a statement posted on Facebook, the National Park Service said it has invited “The Last Men on Everything,” the popular country-western star and his band, The Bullyz, to perform in a free outdoor performance at the Derby.
“The Lastman on Everything has a history of creating awe-inspiring experiences and has been touring across the country,” the park said in the statement.
“We are thrilled to have him in Kentucky.
His voice and passion for the outdoors will be an integral part of this event.”
The Last man on everything is a former US congressman who lost his seat in the US House of Representatives in the 2016 election.
He has since toured around the country, performing in cities from New Orleans to Las Vegas.
He recently announced plans to retire from public life.
