The BMW Grand Nationals is the latest in a string of new models from the company that have been unveiled during its annual meeting in Detroit.
In the latest model, the new Grand National is a three-door sedan with a base price of $54,900.
It comes with a six-speed manual transmission, while the driver’s seat can be reclined.
It also offers a 10.6-inch touchscreen display and a six.5-inch alloy wheel.
The Grand National’s price is a record for a premium sedan, according to Edmunds.
The Grand Nationals will be available in two models: the $54-million sedan, which will be equipped with a 1.4-liter turbocharged engine and features a five-speaker audio system; and the $55,000 sedan, with a 2.4 turbocharged, six-speakers audio system.
The price will be $61,000.
A BMW spokesman told The Jerusalem post that the Grand National will be offered in five models: Grand National, $55-million, Grand National with 2.2-liter, 3-cylinder turbocharged turbo, Grand Nationals, $56-million and Grand Nationals with 3.0-liter 3-cylinder turbo, with 2-liter engine.
He did not specify the price of the base Grand Nationals sedan.
